Can I personally collect artwork I have purchased?

Yes. You are welcome to collect your artwork - particularly if you have purchased an original painting


Aston Gallery is situated in Matakana - a rural town 1.25 hours north of Auckland

Can artwork be couriered to my location?

Yes. Artwork can be couriered across New Zealand and Worldwide

How much will it cost to have artwork couriered to my location?

All pricing and delivery options will be made transparent prior to purchase to keep the process simple

 

Courier costs are included in all listed print prices

Courier costs for larger or smaller prints (i.e sizes that differ to those listed on the SHOP Page) will be provided upon enquiry 

Wherever possible I like to personally deliver original paintings.

Where personal delivery or collection from the studio is not possible courier costs are dependent on shape, weight,  size, delivery location, and timing (i.e overnight, courier, 3-day or 10-day options)

Is my artwork insured during transit?

Yes

Your artwork is in perfect condition when it leaves Aston Gallery and is 100% insured in transit to you

How long will it take for my artwork to arrive at the delivery location?

Your artwork is packaged and shipped within 4 days of payment being processed

Please allow 10 days for delivery in New Zealand and 2 weeks for delivery Worldwide

A tracking or consignment number will be provided via email so you can follow the progress of your artwork to its final destination.

What happens if the artwork is damaged upon delivery?

All artwork is carefully packaged and protected for travel

 

It is important to unpack and inspect the condition of the artwork within 24 hours of delivery  

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery - with photographic evidence of damage to packaging or product

What is your Return Policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork you may return the product within 5 days of the delivery date and your money will be refunded

Return shipping costs are at your expense. The artwork must be returned in perfect condition for a refund

Are there import duties and taxes for artwork purchases outside of NZ?

Aston Gallery courier costs and quotes do not include any allowance for individual countries import duties and taxes

Import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser - if they are required to be paid upon delivery into the country

How can I pay for my artwork?

All artwork pricing and courier costs are inclusive of GST

 

Payment for prints and originals must be made in full before the artwork is released for courier or collection

Payment may be made via internet banking - bank account details will appear on your invoice
